No. We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Orders are usually delivered within 4–6 working days. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll provide your tracking ID within 48 working hours, so you can easily track your package.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders are prepaid only. We accept convenient UPI payments through Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, and other UPI payment options. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll process and ship your order.
For your protection, please record a 360° unboxing video before opening the package. Make sure the entire package is clearly visible in the video. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise problematic product, please show the issue clearly in the unboxing video and send the video to us via WhatsApp. After verification, we’ll assist you with a return, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
Once your return/refund has been approved and processed, we will process the refund within 48 working hours. The time for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method or bank.
